Yes, when you dial in. Under Configuration, add the mailbox and Email2Phone fetches its mail live while you are on the line, with no forwarding rule to set up in the mail service itself. AOL, Yahoo, Gmail and Microsoft 365 accounts all work this way, and there is no fixed limit on how many you connect.
A connected mailbox never triggers a call. Calls, filters and callbacks apply only to mail sent to your @email2phone.net address. If the alerts you want a call for land in an ordinary mailbox, forward the matching ones to that address with a rule; that works with any mail service, not only the four above.
When you dial in, the main menu lets you pick a mailbox (press 5 to hear which one you are in, 6 to move to the next), so several accounts can be worked through in one call.
